Absolutely Super clean and Convenient
tea facilities on-street parking easy communication simple check-in
The room had everything i needed, including tea and coffee facilities, great for my early start. On-street parking was available nearby, and i found a spot without much trouble (even on the weekend!). The check-in was simple, and i appreciated the easy communication via text.
The kettle in my room had some dust and a bit of water inside. I suppose it hadn't been checked recently.

the hotel is located within walking distance of the coast (around 5 minutes). a main bus route runs very close to the hotel. the location also provides a good compromise for those who arrive by car.

Uneven experience.
hard yolk small room
I found some issues with the breakfast service. The hot items seemed like leftovers. The egg yolk was hard. Parking was also a hassle. It took some driving around to find a spot a 5-minute walk away. THE room size was smaller than I anticipated, considering the description.

mixed feelings about my stay
self-service breakfast dusty kettle
i was disappointed with the breakfast. it felt very self-service , even the hot items. there could have been more variety in the cold breakfast options , such as fresh fruit or yogurt. the kettle in my room was also dusty and had water in it , so i wonder how long it was sitting there.

dusty kettle self-service style
The location was handy to the train station and the beach. The decor was nice, I will admit.
I disliked the self-service style of the hot breakfast. There could have been a better variety of cold options too, like fresh fruit. The kettle was dusty and still had water in it, so I am not sure how long it had been there. The host didn't really say much when I left. I messaged to say I was leaving and he just replied he was washing up and goodbye.
